- Managing IT Staff based on performance and communicating job expectations
- Monitoring daily operations, Including Server hardware, Software and operating System
- Coordinating technology installation upgrades and maintenance
- Ensure Security of data network access and backup system
- Identify problematic area and implement strategic solution in time.
- Testing, troubleshooting and modify Software System
- Design and develop new software modules based on requirements.
- Track and monitor each staff activities and produce to managements if necessary
- Resolving software deployment and integration errors and documenting process
- Ensure Coding standards, procedure and guidelines.
